So what’s the difference between Window Vinyl and Window Film?
Window vinyl is our entry-level vinyl, most commonly used for temporary displays and promotions, whereas window film is our premium range. For the film, we use optically clear PET (polyester) with permanent adhesive, so it offers greater versatility and durability making it perfect for outdoor applications. It can be printed double-sided, reduce heat loss and control light (printed on UV film). On window films we are able to print using special white ink and, due to the optical clarity of the film we use, the graduations and frosted effects that we can produce are impossible to recreate using traditionally printed vinyl.
