How long have you worked in the industry?: 20 years
Brief description of what you do: I lead the business, oversee the creative direction and get involved in anything complicated, design-led or slightly over-engineered. I studied Naval Architecture and have always been drawn to art, graphic design and engineering, which naturally led me into creative production and bringing brands to life in the real world.
Likes: Watching my kids grow up, snow-capped mountains, being on the water, clever engineering, peace and quiet, and logos with room to breathe.
Dislikes: AI “artwork” that definitely isn’t artwork, messy desks, dishonesty, seafood (don’t ask), and any sentence beginning with “can you just…”.
What would your colleagues say about you?: Creative, driven, impatient, obsessive about detail and very good at finding reasons why we need another machine.
